Certificate Programs
The goal of each Certificate Program is to provide a supportive learning environment for new managers, senior managers and administrators with a specific focus on various experience levels. By attending the appropriate Certificate Program for your experience, you will be able to advance your skills and knowledge base. Specifically, the Certificate Program will strengthen your competencies to position your organization for success and help you integrate the complexities of quality, compliance, financial, and strategic performance.
Six different certificate programs are offered. Middle managers, administrators and even executives who are currently working in the field or looking for advancement should strongly consider taking one of these certificate programs. For more information on each certificate program please see below.

Registration fees
There are two fee structures; Member and Non-member. There are also tiered registration fees depending on when you sign up. See below for fee structure:

Registration fee includes admission, materials, morning coffee, danishes, lunch and afternoon snacks daily.
Certificate of Attendance
Certificate of Attendance will be provided to participants who attend the program in its entirety. If you are more than 15 minutes late or leave more than 15 minutes early, you will not receive a Certificate of Attendance or earn any Continuing Education Hours. Partial credits cannot be given. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE TO THIS POLICY. Please make travel arrangements to arrive before 8:00 A.M. on day one and leave after 5:00 P.M. on day three. Please allow 2 hours for airport departures.
Continuing Education
Continuing education hours will be provided to participants who view the program in its entirety. Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing (Provider # CEP2463) and by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (Provider # PCE588) for up to nineteen and one half (19.5) contact hours of continuing education. Continuing education hours vary for each program. For specific information, please visit the website. You must be present for the entire program to earn continuing education credit. No partial credits can be given.
Certification Examination
Only approved candidates meeting specified criteria through a formal application process will be allowed to participate in the certification examination. In order for candidates to take the exam, candidates must have been deemed eligible through a formal application process. After the application has been accepted, candidates may then register and pay for the certification examination. Detailed examination registration instructions will be included in the acceptance correspondence.

Cancellations
A refund less a 20% administrative fee will be issued if written notice of cancellation is received by CAHSAH at least ten business days prior to the event. Cancellation notices must be received in writing. No refunds will be issued and no credit granted for cancellations within ten business days prior to the event or for no-shows. However, substitutions will be allowed. Should CAHSAH and TCG cancel the program, a full refund will be issued.
