Lynelle Diers is an RN with a Bachelors in Nursing and Social Work with thirty years experience as a nurse. I have worked at a hospital on the medical floor as a staff nurse, then a director of nursing at a nursing home. I started working for Ottumwa Public Health January of 1989 as a staff nurse. In 1993 Ottumwa Public Health merged into Wapello County Public Health. I have held positions as staff nurse, home care aide director and Clinical Director for the last fifteen years. The agency has maintained compliance with CMS conditions of participation under my direction. I stress the most important part of home health is that the clients receive quality care in the home. I was elected to the Board in 2005 as the southeast district representative.
I am very active within the community serving as an officer on numerous local and regional committees. I just celebrated my thirty year anniversary with my husband Norm. We have four children.

Jeanne Jungers is the nurse manager for Orange City Home Health & Hospice in Orange City, Ia. She has held this position since 1996. Under her direction hospice services were started in 2006. Prior to her position with Orange City Health System, she worked in home care in the Sioux City area as a staff nurse, team leader and clinical supervisor. She received her Associate Degree in Nursing from University of South Dakota and her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Briar Cliff College (now Briar Cliff University). Her nursing career includes positions as a staff nurse in the psychiatric and medical units at Marian Health Center (now Mercy Medical Center) and college health nursing at Briar Cliff. Jeanne has served on the Iowa Alliance in Home Care board for many years and is currently the board secretary of Iowa Alliance in Home Care, and chair of the By-laws committee. She has also been an active member of District A of the Iowa Hospital Home Care Council serving as an officer in various roles (secretary, president) of that group. She is also a member of Sigma Theta Tau, International Honor Society of Nursing. She is active in her community serving on church board/committees and the local school board. She is married to Tom, they live on a farm and have three young adult children.

Joyce Lillis is a Registered Nurse with 34 years experience. She graduated from the University of Iowa with her BSN in 1977 and from Drake University with her MSN in 1994. Joyce is currently the Director of Operations of Mercy Home Health Services – Des Moines and has been since 1989. Previous work experience included 2 years of med-surgical nursing at Kossuth County Hospital (1977-79), 3 years as the Administrative Director of Iowa County Public Health (1979-82), 2 years med-surgical nursing at Mercy Medical Center – Des Moines (1982-84) and 5 years as a home care nurse for Mercy Home Care – Des Moines (1984-89).
Joyce has been a member of IAHC since becoming director and has seen the organization develop and prosper over the years. She has served on various committees and is currently on the Advocacy Committee. Joyce was on the steering committee that formed the Iowa Hospital Home Care Council (IHHCC) in 1990, an affiliate group of the Iowa Hospital Association. She has served on the IHHCC Board every year in some capacity. She just completed her second year as President and is currently serving as Past-President.

Susan K. Petersen, RN, BAHCA, COS-C, comes with 36 years of nursing experience. She graduated in 1975 from the practical nursing program at Clinton Community College and in 1979 from their Associate Degree Nursing program. She is also a 2011 graduate of Ashford University with a BA in Health Care Administration. Susan is a member of the Golden Key International and the Alpha Sigma Lambda National Honor Societies with a GPA of 3.95.
Her nursing career started 1975-1985 with positions as a med/surg and ICU staff nurse then assistant head nurse on the surgical unit at Jackson County Public Hospital in Maquoketa; 1985-1995 as an office nurse for the pulmonologist at Medical Associates in Clinton where she was elected to the Clinic Cabinet for three terms and was Co-Chairman of the nursing group for two terms. From 1995-2011 she was in home health care at Girling/Auxi Health with the last ten years as their facility administrator. While there, Susan managed a deficiency free office and was facilitator of Girling’s Iowa and Corporate Quality Improvement committees. She received the Auxi Presidential Customer Service Award in 2004 and has been OASIS certified since the first COS-C testing. Since December 2011, Susan has been employed with Trinity Visiting Nurse and Homecare Association as the Clinical Manager for their offices in Moline, Illinois and Muscatine, Iowa.
Ms. Petersen has been an active member of the Iowa Alliance in Home Care for many years and is currently serving as an at-large representative on the Board of Directors.
Susan resides in De Witt and has one son serving in the United States Air Force. She enjoys traveling and has traveled extensively throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Germany.

Bonnie Sadler has been with NuCara Pharmacy since 1999 and is shareholder and Vice President of Business Development. After working several years in health care, including Black Hawk County Public Health, Bonnie settled into a sales and marketing role at NuCara. She was later promoted to VP. She assists in initial market set up and oversees sales and marketing at the Iowa, Elmhurst, IL and Austin, TX facilities. Currently she works with physicians, long term care skilled facilities, other pharmacies, home health nursing agencies, hospice nurses, and hospital discharge planners building relationships and providing needs for their patients. Services provided by NuCara include compounding pharmacy, IV therapy, respiratory therapy, durable medical equipment and retail pharmacy.
As well serving on the IAHC Board of Directors she also serves on the Education committees. Bonnie has been involved with her local school serving on various committees as well as church and community volunteer projects. She currently serves on the Cystic Fibrosis golf committee.
Bonnie has two children. Anne is working on her PhD at Kansas State University. Danny is still in high school. I enjoy travelling, college football, golfing, volunteering and wine.

Phyllis Stadtlander joined UnityPoint at Home in 1998, serving as vice president of clinical operations and chief operating officer before being named president and chief executive officer in 2007. Under Stadtlander’s leadership, Iowa Health Home Care has grown to be the state’s largest integrated home health services provider with 1200 employees and seven locations. Stadtlander began her professional career as a registered nurse, and has worked in various positions as an instructor and administrator. She has many years of experience in operations, management and consultancy. She was recognized in 2007 as one of Iowa’s 100 Great Nurses. She serves on the board of the Iowa Alliance in Home Care.

Michele Weis is the Director of Home Health at Myrtue Medical Center. Michele received her diploma in nursing from Iowa Western Community College. Her nursing career includes positions as a staff nurse on the orthopedic floor at Mercy hospital in Council bluffs, IA, Assistant Director of Nursing at Elm Crest Retirement Community and in 2008 Michele became the assistant director of Home Health at Myrtue Medical Center, In January of 2011 she was named Director of Home Health. Michele is currently a member of the IAHC board and a member of the Membership committee. Michele has been a Catholic youth educator and choir leader for St Josephs church in Earling, IA. Michele is married to Craig for the past 30 years, he is a self employed farmer and has 5 children (Ryan 29, Kyle25, Jason 22, Brandon 18 and Kara 10).

Krista Vanden Brink is currently the northeast district board representative for the Iowa Alliance in Home Care.
She has worked in various venues of healthcare since graduating from Luther College with a BA in Nursing in 1993. She has been a staff nurse in a nursing home, in the hospital setting at St. Marys Hospital in Rochester, MN and worked as a nurse for a local DME company prior to joining Winneshiek County Public Health Nursing Service as a staff nurse in 1998 and finding her true niche. She was appointed Administrator in 2003.
She has worked on various injury prevention projects, nutrition grants, and public health and home health during her tenure at Winneshiek County Public Health. She is active as a Shareholder for the Decorah Community School District, a volunteer parish health nurse and a confirmation guide for her church.
She has been blessed with 17 years of marriage to her husband Steve (a paramedic and ambulance manager at the local hospital and volunteer firefighter) and two teenage children.
She is currently reviewing options for future advanced education.
