Annual Unlimited User Id Program Benefit Now Available for Purchase
The IAHC Education Committee is pleased to offer RCTCLearn.Net, an on demand, computer-based program, as a low-cost training benefit available to IAHC members. The program is available for a low annual fee per agency. You will be able to track the progress of your individual employees who are using the training program, and thereby fully utilize a valuable training tool.
One exciting change announced recently by RCTCLearn is that they are ANCC certified. This means that nurses will receive CEU credit for the courses they take online through the RCTCLearn.Net program. This is an incredible investment when you consider that you can train ALL your staff without travel or other related expenses! It’s not too late to participate in the program. IAHC member agencies who are interested in this training program should contact the IAHC office.

Who: All employees of participating Iowa Alliance in Home Care member agencies (annual fee per agency applies - please contact the IAHC office for current pricing)
What: RCTCLearn.net, an online training service with a large and expanding number home care training modules
Where: A new “RCTCLearn.net” tab has been added to the “Education” tab on the Iowa Alliance in Home Care’s website (www.iahc.org). Training resources are accessible from any computer with an internet connection.
Why: IAHC believes that all members should have access to quality, up-to-date and affordable training information for their employees.
When: Benefit is annual on the calendar year.
How: Interested agencies must contact IAHC to sign up for this incredible benefit.
